Lloyd & Whyte (Financial Services) Ltd is part of the Lloyd & Whyte Group, which spans more than 60 years experience within insurance and financial services. Lloyd & Whyte was founded in Taunton, Somerset, originally providing insurance within the South West region for individuals, local business and most notably the large provincial farming community.

As the business grew it was inevitable that financial services would be introduced into the product portfolio. In 1987 Lloyd & Whyte (Financial Services) Ltd was formed as a separate company and specialised in the provision of Group Personal Pension schemes to the large number of commercial clients insured through Lloyd & Whyte.

In the mid 1990’s Lloyd & Whyte (Financial Services) Ltd began to specialise in the delivery of nationwide Independent Financial Advice to professional affinity groups as part of their membership benefits package, These include the British Dental Association, the British Veterinary Association and the British Chiropractic Association.
